1993 Saab 9000 CSE Description:

Losing storage in April... Saab/Volvo collector selling this 1993 Saab 9000 CSE turbo and a few other vintage cars from my collection. **Also selling a rare 1985 Saab 900 SPG on Ebay in a separate listing.
The 9000 blended a high end luxury sports car with Swedish practicality and the CSE was the top of the line model for 1993 before the introduction of the Aero mid year. Finished in Scarabe Green with tan leather interior. Condition is excellent. Always garaged under a cover and kept on a battery trickle charger.
Purchased from the family of the second owner, who acquired the car in 1998 with 120k miles (dealer paperwork included). The second owner was a Saab mechanic who took meticulous care of the car, always maintaining it to factory specs. I have some service records from the past 20 years, the original factory window sticker, owners manual/wallet and 23 very rare Saab factory service manuals (see photo's). The collection of service manuals that come with the car are worth over $400 alone.
Check out all photo's... this is a rust free and very clean southern car. The original paint shines nicely. The interior is exceptionally clean. The leather seating surfaces have no rips or tears. The headliner is good (see photo) with small areas that have been repaired. There is a single crack across the middle of the top of the dash. The sunroof works as it should and a wind deflector has been installed.
Everything works! A/C blows cold and heat works well. Original factory am-fm cd/radio and antenna work (plus a Clarion 6 cd changer in the trunk that is not currently connected). There are two intermittent warning lights... diagnosed by my local Saab shop (International Motors of Charlottesville) as a left front bumper airbag sensor and incorrect brake light bulbs. The rear lights/brake lights work as they should- it's just that the bulbs are tripping the warning light. Local Saab shop repair estimate for everything is $250 but I've had the car stored in my garage all winter and have not had an opportunity to get the repair done.
5-speed transmission. Clutch pedal is excellent. This is a fast car (2.3 turbo / 200 hp) and it drives like a dream. Entire exhaust and cat appear nearly new.
Excellent set of Continental Sport Grip Plus 205/55/16 tires with about 80% tread remaining on rare Saab 16 inch Super Aero wheels.
Clean Virginia title in hand. Currently registered with antique plates (over 25 years old).
