1969 Porsche Speedster 356 Description:

Fixed original listing problem and am relisting, so here we go again.Bought this car as a project car in unfinished condition. Drove it the first summer in that condition and then put in my garage. Hasn't seen the light of day until last summer, registered it again, put fresh gas in it and drove it around town for a few days. This car could be a daily driver with a little TLC. I would hope that the purchaser would also look at it as a project and finish/restore it to its full potential as I had hoped to.The car needs, a new windshield (was cracked when I purchased it), there is a chip on the side of the hood(seen in photos), there are some extra holes drilled in the front fiberglass bumper, after sitting as long as it did is seems to have developed an oil leek (valve cover or pushrod seal), the wiring neatened up and as much fit and finish as you want to put into the interior.1987 is the year the kit was put together. The car is on early model VW Beetle pan.I have a convertible top for the car that came with it but have never seen it on the car, that will go with the sale. Also some misc. engine parts, catalogs and paperwork from original owner. I am the second owner.
