Up for grabs is this very cool 911 Targa powered by a 3.2L engine out of an ‘84 Carrera. The car comes with a thick folder full of receipts and documentation dating back to the early 1980's which goes hand in hand with how well it drives. The engine is much more powerful and more reliable than the original 2.7L and the 915 transmission was completely rebuilt in 2018 - all gears engage easily & has an upgraded Wevo PSJ coupler. The car has an updated radio with USB / aux / bluetooth capabilities and AC is there but not operable.
The body is straight and rear flares from an SC / Carrera have been added for a more aggressive look. The paint on this Porsche shines nicely with some minor imperfections - not concourse quality but presents very well. The interior is in excellent shape overall with very little wear throughout.
All in all this is a fun mild hotrod 911. The modifications make for a great driving car that you won’t feel bad about putting miles on!
