Body:

This car presents VERY well and appears to be mostly original paint. Paint is and shows extremely well with minimalchips here and there. Clearly a garaged and driven only during nice and clear days. Super clean and solid chassis with no evidence of any rust and no signs of accidents. Headlights have been upgraded to the much preferred H4 otherwise in stock form with the addition of a front spoiler.

Interior:

The interior appears to be all original and in superb condition showing very little wear. Dash is fantastic and shows no warping or cracks that I have noticed. Carpet, seats, etc..all show very well with minor patina.

Mechanical:

The car has just been serviced including a valve adjustment and oil change. Compression test has also been recently performed and showed strong numbers, 165-170 PSI across all cylinders. The car drives wonderfully and pulls hard and strong throughout the rpm band. Starts right up without hesitation or smoke. Engine and underside of the car is very clean and no signs of any leaks.

Other recent and documented work includes a lightweight flywheel from Patrick Motorsports and the installation of a high-performance sport clutch. The transmission was fully gone through including new synchros, sliders, and shifts exactly how Porsche intended a 915 to shift.

Throughout the years all of the suspension parts have been either gone through as needed and or upgraded. T bars, bushings, SwayAway adjustable spring plates, tie rods, dampers, front strut brace and so on. Brakes as well have been maintained to the same standard and documented as well.

This is a car one could fly-in and drive home without worries. Extensively maintained! Extensively documented! Exactly what you look for when purchasing a vintage aircooled Porsche. All electrics appear to functional including the windows, sunroof and so on.
