Too many Porsche projects, need to make space, 1989 Porsche 944 with 2.7 liter engine. runs and drives good with low 95K original miles. The '89 944's were Special Edition made for 6 months only, with the 3.0 liter S2 Cylinder Heads. The power windows, power truck locks, power driver / passenger seats, power sunroof and Cruz Control works good. Rear luggage lock operable from the switch. Factory Alarm works. The 2 lower ball joints, high performance springs, Bilstein front & rear shocks, timing belt, spark plugs, cap and rotors were replace. The motor mounts were recently replaced. The transmission was recently serviced with new fluid, filter and seals. No leaks.
Upgraded wheels to OEM 8x16 F / 9x16 R good 225 50 ZR 16 / 245 45 ZR 16.The power steering pump bolt broken, It's missing, I like the firm and tight handling of the car without the power steering therefore it was not fixed. The antilock sensor light is on and triggered the center warning too.
This vehicle is being sold in AS-IS condition with wear and tear flours such as dent, paint fade and crack of its age without an implied or express warranty, I purchased this car a few years ago with a salvaged title, runs and looks good with out any mechanical or handling problem then and now except for the items that I have already mentioned above that needs repairs. It is very legal to drive on any street USA, comes with CA certificate of title. I do not do shipping therefore Buyer is responsible for pickup after the full purchase payment is made. please look at photos closely and send questions if needed before bidding.Factory Alarm System works. Rear luggage pull covers works. Rear Subwoofer wiring harness from the front is installed, all needed is the box. The radio head-unit need replacement. Driver / Passenger Seats are both powered and works excellent. Minor cracks on dash however has a very nice dash covers.The brakes are currently good however, I have a set of brand-new Cross-Drilled & Slotted Front / Rear Rotors plus Pads in the box that I bought but not install.
