1986 Porsche 928 Description:

This is a very clean 1986.5 Porsche 928S in Meteor Grey Metallic with Burgandy/Black interior.
The 86.5 model has many of the 87 S4 items including the much larger brakes, upgraded suspension, enhanced exhaust, and a new abs system.This 928 has recently had a timing belt service, new brakes all around, and new tires all around. It drives out very well and the transmission shifts great. The car has been sitting for a few months and really needs to be driven and enjoyed. Most everything works on the car. Including the radio, full power seats, windows, door handles, pop-up headlights, and heat. The AC does not work (although the fans do) and the sunroof does not work (although it tries). The body is very very solid and rust free both outside and underneath. The car has signs of paintwork in the past...however it is unknown why. There are spots on the body where the paint was touched up from what appears to be dent removal. All of the rubber pieces on the car are in very good shape as well as the glass. The interior is very complete and original with the exception of an aftermarket steering wheel, white/stainless gauge faces, and an aftermarket stereo. The once all burgundy interior now has dyed black seats/door panels. A decent job was performed but they appear shinier than they should.This car will make a great driving project that can be enjoyed as is or taken back to a very clean 928.
