Hello! Today I have my 1964 Pontiac Tempest for sale. It has the original 6 cylinder engine with 2 speed automatic transmission, manual steering and brakes. It has 94,000 miles on it. The floors, frame and trunk are all solid and it has all 4 original T3 headlights in place and working. On the interior, the carpet and headliner could stand replaced, the rest is in decent shape, except a tear in the drivers seat seem. I have replaced the fuel sending unit, the fuel filter, the fuel pump, the coil, and the wiper blades. I have all the parts to redo the brakes from the master cylinder all the way back. I drove this car daily until a month ago when it developed a carburetor issue where it will sputter down and stall out at random, not sure what causes this. Someone with the knowledge can fix it, otherwise, runs great and trans shifts good. The right rear quarter has some rust due to a leak somewhere around the back glass. The only reason I am selling it is no more funds to put into it.
