The Firebird is completely rust free. She had a bit of rust in the passenger quarter panel from a seam in the vinyl top and an old repair where she backed into a mailbox.I had that full quarter panel professionally replaced. I can provide the painter's contact info for any questions.
I'd give her a solid 9.8+ out of 10 with the only deduction being the reproduction plastic tail filler panel. It doesn't line up like the original that was brittle & broke into 6 pieces upon removal. The gap between the deck lid and the filler panel is about 1/8in different from right to left this also causes a 1/4 gap between the trunk keyhole and the trunk lock. I haven't had the time to shim/adjust the lock & striker assembly—most of these F bodies had pretty poor panel fitment from the factory.
The hood is not a reproduction- its an original factory formula hood which still has the snorkel inserts intact.
The car was a Sept 1970 build date and the lower door panels are actually wrapped with Jade green vinyl. The very corners of the armrests have about a quarter-sized worn/cracked spot. The rest of the panels are in excellent condition considering their age. I've considered changing them, but I feel that they have just enough "patina" to leave them as is. As I mentioned the dash has a crack. The back seats & C pillar panels are in excellent condition, the original headliner is very nice as well.
She starts right away and doesn't leak anything.
The AC was converted to R134 back in the 90's and works but the air isn't very cold, so it will need to be charged. The radio was replaced in '94 with a Jensen unit but the car wasn't cut up during the process. The original package shelf speaker was removed.

Thanks for all the interest in the Firebird--I know that the winning bidder is going to love her!
