Stock Number: 1848 - The 1971 Trans AM is considered by many to be the one to own. The 455HO Trans AM is simply a legendary car. Pontiac was always good at squeezing the most out of every cubic inch and in 1971, they really hit a home run. They paired the round port 197 heads with the 068 Cam grind and the results were a conservative 335hp rated 455HO that would Keep the real Pontiac Excitement alive one more year. There were only 885 - 4 Speed Trans AM's built that year. So these cars were destine to be a serious collectible.

This Trans AM has spent its entire life in California. It was built in the Van Nuys Plant and then sold new at Salia Pontiac in Long Beach, CA. So what that means is this is a real California car. It is fully restored and comes with an amazing amount of Documentation. The Exterior finish is the beautiful Lucerne Blue with the desirable Blue Interior. The entire car shows very well. It retains its numbers matching engine and It was professionally rebuilt in 2022. It also has its original JK Wheels. It runs strong and it drives straight and true.
