1970 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 Description:
Formula was purchased, in April 2008 in Paso Robles, CA from the second owner, who owned the car four years and never registered it.The original owners were a childless couple and it was the wife’s car, garage kept, produced at the Van Nuys plant and sold at Hughes Pontiac in Santa Barbara CA.I have the original CA Blue Plate.

COSTS:
I have not added up all the receipts (they come with the car), but the Lamar Walden drivetrain work which included installing the Tremec and trans kit was $16,060 that was with me providing the Trans, Trans adapter kit, Shifter, radiator & fans, and the intake.
ORIGIANL PARTS:
Front buckets are in excellent condition with one seam split in driver's, center console for auto trans in excellent condition, front separate lap and shoulder belts excellent all, Turbo 400 trans and torque converter worked fine at time of removal, AC compressor and condenser worked fine at time of removal. Steering wheel excellent. Tattered build sheet included (it was grommet attached to the underside of the drivers seat).
