1972 Pontiac Firebird Formula Description:

Below is a link of the car starting, running, moving and idling.
Up for sale is a numbers matching 1972 Firebird Formula 350 4speed. This car was repainted it original color 2 years ago and has good shine despite all of the dust from the garage. The paint is out of the gun and has not been worked so there is orange peel. It needs to be cut and buffed in order to bring the shine to 100%. The trunk floor and tail panel were replaced prior to paint. The body work that was done looks great. The panel fitment is excellent with good gaps and straight body lines. The car runs and drives but needs some miscellaneous reassembly to be finished. Most of the parts are there with the exception of the bumper and maybe a few other small things. The trunk and back seat are stuffed full of boxes of parts. I planned to finish the car and keep it for myself to match my Brewster Green Trans Am but I need the storage space instead. Paperwork includes a Connecticut title (last dated 1977), phs docs and receipts showing all the parts used on the car totaling more than $3500. This $3500 shows mostly the engine rebuild components of the original numbers matching WR coded engine, the interior kit and the full exhaust system. I have a rear spoiler and deck lid that can go with the car if wanted for an additional $125 (not factory on this particular car but looks good). The car has 4 brand new Hankook tires, brand new full exhaust system, new Aluminum Radiator and tons of other new parts. The bottom of the car is rust free but dirty. The floor pans are solid with no rust. Any questions please do not hesitate to call 518-860-5718 for more info.

Edit- Some people are expressing concern of the ticking of the engine in the youtube video provided. This ticking is just the solid lifter tick of the stock rebuild. I have receipts showing all of the internal components along with new updated videos that show better that this tick is not an issue or a valve stuck or anything. Just wanted to make you all aware of some peoples concerns and notify all bidders that the noise heard is not an engine issue just the pontiac solid lifters used in the rebuild.
Also, this car has its original 2 barrel carburetor. Some people inquired about this as well. Bid with confidence and rest assured that this car is all correct and in good running condition. Forgot to mention that there was a new clutch installed and the transmission shifts well. I also have pictures of the engine bay, suffix code and vin # on the engine block. Just inquire if you're curious about these pictures I will send via direct message or text. The engine bay is extremely clean and tidy no wires or anything out of place. Everything is in order and appears original and correct. Thanks and happy bidding. If you have any questions please just ask. I can help facilitate shipping for non local buyers as well. Thanks
