However, a peek under the hood reveals a completely different beast with a GM 6.2L aluminum V-8 with a Whipple 2.9L supercharger, a Hooker Blackheart exhaust, a front/rear Hotchkis suspension, 4 wheel Wilwood disc brakes and a GM 4LE70 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. While the current owner kept the ultra-rare color combo to give a stock sleeper look, virtually every other aspect of this amazing classic has been extensively upgraded to make it faster, safer, cleaner and more efficient than the original.

This 1967 Pontiac GTO 2 Door Convertible has been overhauled from the ground up in recent years to perform like a modern supercar without sacrificing its visual appeal.
