The car runs but and the body is straight but the headlight motors need to be replaced. There may be other mechanical and cosmetic work that the new owner may want to do.
With a little TLC this car can be fantastic! You could even turn it in to KITT from Knight Rider! They interior's already a tan color which will make it a lot easier to do if the owner chooses.
These cars are getting more and more rare especially one with a clean title and a straight body and no rust. This cars being sold as is and does not currently pass smog in the condition it is in so it is the new owners responsibility to do what is necessary if they so choose.
