1980 Pontiac Firebird Turbo Trans am Description:

I am selling an all orig never modified and or wrecked Black and Gold 1980 Turbo Trans Am just like the one in Smokey and The Bandit II. this car came from second owner whom bought it in 1983 from Fairway Chevrolet. Originally the car was bought new at Pat Clark Pontiac which was down the street and has been dry desert car its entire life. The car was parked in 1993 for brake work. I got the car with intentions of restoring it.I did get the car to run and move under its own power. the brakes do not work. the car will run off fuel line in gas can and will go into gear. if having it shipped will need to be winched on a trailer.The car is all orig paint does not appear to ever been painted on. there are no rust holes anywhere on this car. its as solid as it gets. no panel replacement needed at all. It does need full restoration to be nice. t-tops are good. doors open and close good. Its funny the clock even works when you hook up battery. Tires where new 7 years ago when second owner moved the car but front tires leak and they are dry rotted. It is a complete car. Please ask all questions prior to making offer.
