Ok So its mid-1970s, all the American car makers are scrambling to try to confront gas shortages, and smog equipment, while also trying very hard not to lose the American car buyer, who for the last 25 years, bought their cars because of class and style, not because of gas mileage, and emissions. So they all had their own idea of the Mid 70s cool factor. Well, at Cool Classic Rides dealer # DA8690, we are very happy to have...ready for purchase, what we feel hit that mark very well in 1977. We have a fully loaded 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix, now I'm talking, leather wrapped bucket seats, center console, great body lines, vinyl top, tilt wheel, am FM 8 track tape player, power windows, and even a dealer installed, and oh so very rare, retractable moon roof. All of this is wrapped up in a not too big, and not to small, super cool car. a 350 V8 engine and center console automatic transmission, this is one very easy driving beauty, which cruises down the road with little effort and allot of style. I have never seen a Dealer installed retractable moon roof until now, and it opens and closes perfectly, as do the power windows. Even the original Am FM stereo plays great. This beautiful 1977 classic is all original inside and out, the only thing we did was add a new vinyl top. The original brown (very heavy metallic) paint still has a super nice shine, with only a few chips and flaws, the body is very straight for a 42 year old un-restored car, we have found no rust issues at all in this great machine. The interior is simply, hands down, the very coolest and best original condition interior and dash that I have ever seen on a 1977 classic car. The front buckets, and rear seat are absolutely excellent condition, while the original headliner and door panels are also in amazing original condition. The center console and dash are in great condition also. This is one of the best designed interiors that I have ever seen, it's just plain cool. I believe that these mid 70s cars and trucks are a great opportunity to get into the entry level of the classic car world, they are still affordable, and yet going up and up in value every year. This is one of the nicest, completely original 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix cars that I have seen in many years, and a truly great body style. This beauty even has its original donut spare and inflate a flat canister. This is a very nice car on any level, and it's ready to drive and enjoy.
