1978 Pontiac Trans Am 400cid Motor (not 403 Olds) with a Doug Nash 5 speed transmission 3.36:1 1st Gear Ratio (Launches like 4.10:1 Gears in Rear) 1:1 Final Drive Ratio. 2.73:1 Posi Rear 10 Bolt. 2.5" Dual Exhaust.
"HOTTER" than stock cam, Holley Fuel Pump, 750 Holley Carburetor, Performer RPM Manifold W/1" Spacer, MSD Ignition W/Remote Mounted Coil, 8.8 Accel Ignition Wires, Hurst T-Tops, 1.25 Front Sway Bar W/Heim Joints, 1" Rear Sway Bar, Polyurethane Body Mounts, Heavy Duty Springs, Sub Frame Connectors and Craiger Mags and BF Goodrich Tires.
Solid Body and Floors. Only rusted areas are at the base of the trunk hinges as indicated in the pictures. The trunk has a small hole due to battery acid (not rust) because the battery was positioned there and now moved to the engine compartment.
Hurst T-Top do not leak but should be replaced. A/C unit has been removed and the interior is in good shape. 400Watt AM/FM Cassette Radio with matching speakers.
The vehicle will come with all new door and trunk seals, all body decals and complete carpet kit.
Engine is lubed by fully synthetic oil (MOBLE1) since day one. Both engine and Transmission have less that 1000 miles.
