For sale here is a 1966 Pontiac Catalina Station Wagon factory equipped with a YH 421cu/338hp motor and Kelsey Hayes 8-lug wheels. These options are confirmed by PHS documentation. Additionally, the car has PB, PS, AM Radio,Flasher Switch,Power Tailgate,Ride & Handling Pkg. The original colors are Martinique Bronze with a Mission Beige roof and a Bronze interior. It was built in Southgate California and delivered new in CA. The engine number is 523605 YH. I have included the report from Pontiac Historical Society that verifies the originality and options on the car. The car runs and drives and will cruise effortlessly at 70 mph. The brakes have been redone as well as the water pump. New three core aluminum radiator by Champion (lifetime warranty). The car comes with a new tinted windshield, spare front grille and a spare front bumper. It needs minor rust repair and paint. The interior needs complete replacement and the front seat is incorrect for the year (as well as the bottom of the rear seat). It is a 6 passenger wagon. The muffler has a hole in it. The carb needs rebuilding. It has a new Grant steering wheel and the original wheel is included (it needs restoration). There is very little serious rust. The lower doglegs on both front fenders have rust. The lower drivers side rear fender has rust. The top edge above the rear window on both sides has rust. The rear tailgate has rust around the center drain hole underneath. The rear window runs up and down. Very few station wagons were built with the 421cu engine. It needs to be fully restored. I have plenty of projects and don't need to sell the car, but I will restore it unless somebody else is willing to give this rare vehicle the attention it deserves.
