1937 Pontiac Other C6 Description:

1937 Pontiac 6 cylinder 4 door would make a great rat rod or you can restore it to it's former glory. Original 6 cylinder flat head with 3 on the tree. This car sat in a barn for many years, last registered in 1982. Motor was stuck but we added mystery oil and got her free. Top end will likely need to be rebuilt. I didn't attempt to start it, but I did hook up my jump box to the cables and she did turn over with gas line disconnected. Probably will run with some work. Body has almost zero rust- amazing for an 81 year old car. Even the battery box below the floorboards is in good shape. Interior rough- no headliner and seats will need to be redone- floors, trunk, doors are rock solid- I have the bumpers, tail lights which are not in the pictures--- as well as (I Think all of) the front grill- the grill is in need of restoration- unfortunately the hood ornament is gone. Tires may actually be original- they are very old but in surprisingly good shape. Fan belt appears to be factory. Radiator appears to be in really good condition. Glass is very cloudy and some of it is cracked, but all are flat pieces and readily available- I have seen a complete set here on Ebay for less than $400, and actually the 2 piece back window is good. This is a project and will need to be trailered or flat bedded. Buyer responsible for shipping. Pick up in Newfane, north of Buffalo NY. I have the appropriate paperwork/ registration for the car.
