1968 GTO Convertible

1968 Pontiac GTO Description:

Hello,
This car is being sold "as is"
Mileage unknown, beyond limits of odometer.
Bill of sale, with paperwork from 1984 when I purchased the car from Little Al's Auto Wreckers in Newark, California. Needs full restoration... has so many 1969 parts, and could really use rear 1/4's, (though a good body man could make these work) so perfect candidate for a 1969 Judge Convertible Clone. Has two sets of doors, 68, and 69. Front bumper is 1969 GTO hardtop hideaway front bumper.
Appears to have original 68 hood, rear deck.
Has 1972 Cutlass Conv: rear end, convertible top mechanism, and steering column w/damaged keyswitch receptacle.
No front seats, no engine, no transmission, no exhaust system, no driveline, THIS IS JUST A ROLLER
When I first found this car in an impound lot, back in 1983, it had a 400 4bll with m21 4 Speed trans and a 12 bolt rear end.
I later purchased the car from Little Als Auto Wrecking with no drivetrain what-so-ever...
Has a broken windshield.
Last time I paid fees was in 1984..., 85...? Maybe, that was a long time ago.
ORIGINAL COLOR WAS FLAMBEAU BURGANDY, WITH BLACK INTERIOR.
Typical California GTO convertible rust.
The car has been off the road since 1986. Was stored 25 of those years indoors, so about 6 years outside since 1986.
The car appeared to have been outdoors kept from new when I first saw it in 1983. A GTO expert from now defunct "California GTO) had examined this car prior to my purchasing it, and stated that it does not have rust from Salt. Just the typical California rust from being in the rain. This car drove solid and straight when I had it on the road.
