For sale : This hand build Trans Am was completely restored .
The factory number matching 400 pontiac motor was completely rebuild. New Pontiac Performance Aluminum Heads with pro former intake.Block was honed and decked, connecting rods were chamfered polished and balanced. New aluminum TRW pistons 11 1/2-1 combustion. Crane super performer cam shaft 456 lift w 484 duration. Scorpion aluminum roller rockers and hardened push rods. Transmission is a Saginaw 4 speed completely rebuilt with all new gears. Rear end was completely rebuilt with hardened shafts and performance launcher gears. Hotchkis front and rear suspension w traction control sway bars front and rear. Magnaflow stainless steel 3 inch exhaust from headers back.
Interior was completely redone with Recaro racing seats which were redone in black cowhide leather and hobnail inserts in gold with matching year one door panels and rear seat to match. Completely new head liner and weather strips throughout the car. To finish the look we replaced the wheels with 18' year one billets aluminum 2 piece snowflake wheels. NOW... to the best part of this beautiful Smokey and the bandit edition vehicle, it was signed by the Bandit himself Burt Reynolds.
