The small Fisher A-body was a new body style for 1940. Built on a 116.5” wheelbase chassis featuring full-width, rubber-treaded running boards.
Pontiacs with Fisher bodies are visually identified by the fuel fill cap on the passenger rear fender, the key-lock on the passenger front door only, Sun visors, arm rests, and dual tail lights.
New for 1940. Column-mounted gearshift and sealed beam headlamps with functioning high / low beams.
The Straight-6 cylinder flat-head engine, has 223 cu in, 87 hp, Carter 1 bbl carburetor, correct mileage unkown
