This is an original 49,000 mile California-built Trans Am that is the last of the 6.6 liter (403 Cu In) engine. These engines with the 6x-4 cylinder heads added a 10% increase in horse power for the 1979 year model. The front end was revised for this model and these cars really stand out.

This very clean and original Trans Am is rust free and shows little signs of wear. It is equipped with a 3 speed Turbo Hydromatic transmission with console mounted shifter. It has a full set of gauges including tachometer located in the beautiful engine-turned dash panel. This car also features leatherette upholstery and it is very clean.
