1965 Pontiac GTO H.T. Description:

South Carolina car. Floor pans and frame are outstanding.
Appears to have all of the original sheet metal. The pinch welds and door bottoms are great.
Well equipped car with PHS docs.
A/T, p.steering, p.brakes, factory tinted glass, power rear antenna, buckets and console.

New bumpers,Griffin radiator,gas tank,17" tires/ alloy wheels, interior door/rear seat panel, headliner, carpet, wood GTO steering wheel. trunk pan and mat, emblems, shocks. battery, parking brake assembly and some suspension parts. Comes with a new wiring harness if you prefer.

Runs super
"BUT". One of the better non-rustbucket GTOs to transform to something special. Then the "evil" back yard restoration Chip Foose "want-a-bees" took on the solid original metal body and it was made hideous. Its painted a 67 GTO turquoise. I have seen the "before" pics and the original panels were repairable and straight. Bad paint/prep made them look worse. Then painting the car in what appears to be a sandstorm did not help.
Doors close great. Needs hood alignment. Window trim, rocker, belt and gutter mldgs, should be replaced as some scratched and or dented. They are available reasonably. The grilles and rear tail panel applique are fair as they appear original.
Repaint the car with a quality job and detail and it is $50,000 plus. I can help arrange that for the buyer including complete paint strip TBD.

Rare Blue-charcoal exterior with parchment interior were factory colors. See last picture for reference. It is not the car....yet.
