1979 Pontiac Trans Am Description:

Nicely optioned Trans Am 6.6 T-Top. It appears to have the WS6 performance package. This T/A was found in a barn and has not seen the light of day for almost 20 years. We have a clear California title in hand. Ready for restoration and finished as you dreamed. Has the good stuff: 403 motor, rare factory 4 wheel disc brakes, posi rear end with 3.23 gears, automatic transmission, electric windows and locks, tilt steering, and honeycomb wheels. The radio was pilfered when radios had value and a few trim parts are missing like the correct steering wheel, horn pad, and ashtray. This is a true West Coast car and has almost no rust. Check the pics of the rails and sheetmetal underneath. The one issue is around the driver side marker light shown in the pic. The motor turns over by hand and the oil is clean. We have not attempted to start this car - key and ignition switch is missing as well as the plastic fan shroud around radiator.The price is NO RESERVE and buyer is responsible for shipping. Local pick up is easy near downtown Sacramento. I am happy to work with your shipper if needed. Drive shaft is out so can even be tow-dollied if necessary.
