1967 Pontiac firebird 428 automatic

1967 Pontiac firebird, project. Has had lots of work done, rear quarter panel replaced as well as driver side front fender and someone has also replaced the floor boards in the back seat and did not do a great job (see photos). Some spots of rust that I can see . Car currently does not run but I would estimate would not need too much to make it up and running.
Engine is a 428. I have a ton Of extra parts including new carb linkage/ extra 400 hood and brand new door skin (the old ones don't need to be replaced though). I have a clean title in hand.
Paint job looks good from afar but there is Bondo and cracks in paint
