1936 Plymouth P2 Convertible
1936 Plymouth Convertible P2 Description:
1936 Plymouth Convertible, P2 model. Car sat from 1957 till previous owner started restoration around 1983. Has a P4 (1937) motor in it. Car runs well. Motors appears to have been rebuilt as it's pretty clean. Needs interior finishing and top. Top mechanism is all there. Safety glass windshield and great frame. Bumpers are excellent. New brakes, lines, wheels cylinders and rebuilt master cylinder. New driveshaft, rebuilt radiator, repro running boards, gas tank cleaned and sealed. Converted to 12 volts but have all the original stuff to convert back. Basically just the generator and bracket and bulbs. Headlights have built in turn signals but not hooked up. Body is pretty straight has filler in rear pan and some in the lower quarter. Has nicks, paint was done in 1983 and sat. Doesn't look like the body was ever off the frame. Will trade for the right 1963 Plymouth Fury, 65 Plymouth Belvedere/Satellite or 65 Dodge Coronet..prefer convertible and factory air.
