1971 Plymouth Satellite Description:

What we have here is a 1971 Sebring Plus. So your asking what makes this car so special.There is believed to be only 145 383 HP with four speeds built. Add into how many of those that also had air conditioning and the number gets MUCH smaller.
Well this is one of the very few that came with the 383 HP engine and four speed transmission (same as a Road Runner). It also has air conditioning, High impact color (In violet) AM FM radi, Canopy top, Disc brakes Console / buckets seats.
It is believed to be optioned this way to get around the high insurance premiums of the times.
This car was restored to the factory fender tag as you can see from the pictures. No broadcast sheet was found. I added a factory tach as I feel a four speed car should have this.
383 HP Engine is numbers matching, four speed trans is not numbers matching but date correct.Engin, transmission and rear axle were all professionally rebuilt using the best parts . Rear axle is 323 gear with Suregrip.
Suspension is the heavy duty Road runner suspension also. Larger factory torsion bars and rear springs,shocks and brakes.
Every part has been restored or replaced Using as much NOS parts as were available. Everything works as it shoul, start, runs and drives very well. No over heating, starting, or drive problems at all.Since the restoration THE CAR HAS ONLY 150 MILES DRIVEN . Still fresh and show worthy.
This car was finished in 2016 and has competed at Chryslers at Carlisle where it has been in the T building display (2018), and featured in Mopar Collectors Guide. Later (2017) it was invited to the MCACN show in Chicago and it received a high silver award. Then from there it was invited to the Concours d'elegance in Detroit this year where it received a in class award.
I have a clear title in my name. Title will be transferred after funds have cleared my bank.
