One of 1,191 built with above engine and driveline packaging according to Muscle car Enthusiast magazine article, which I have the original story of.

Selling this wonderful classic muscle car as I'm moving to Idaho in a few months and have too many cars in the fleet to move already. This car has had a few minor mishaps over it's 44 year life with some repaint and body work done so I cannot honesty say it is a "true" survivor Cuda - but it's darn close. Vinyl top is in remarkable shape, except for some small peeling between the lower rear window and the Dutch panel. The trunk is as clean and rust free as you can find and looks like this car was stored inside for most of it's life. All I did was scrub it clean and re-sprayed it with the correct body color. No rust what so ever, on all the interior floor boards. I believe this car was stored indoors most of it's life.

The mechanics of the car are near perfect. Car was gone thru and inspected by my friend who is a factory certified Mopar mechanic with over 45 years of experience. The front end was taken completely apart and all suspension components were replaced and then all the metal was professionally powder coated. The powder coating alone cost $500. The front valence was re-painted to the factory Frosty Green Metallic color. New brakes all the way around. The engine was detailed to period correct parts and tuned and timed to run perfectly. New 3-speed wiped was installed. New maintenance free battery. The front bumper was professionally re-chromed by a master refinisher, which cost me over $600. The only thing that needs to be serviced is the steering box as it has some play, but not too bad according to my front end guy who aligned the front end after it was re-built. All of the gauges work and a new OEM clock was installed. Cluster was completely detailed by my friend. New dash cover pad installed. The headliner is original and does need replacement.

The back end of the tail panel was meticulously detailed and the taillights was re-mounted with all the correct hardware and a new foam insulationkit from Classic Industries. The rear panel was re-sprayed with the correct Organosol black textured paint.

There is paint bubbling and some rust located above both rear wheels and corrosion on the bottoms of both lower rear quarter panels. Not too extreme and could be easily repaired if you'd like to entirely re-paint the car, but I personally would not paint or do any body work to this car as to ruin the patina. See attached photos of these areas for further detail.

I'd consider this Cuda to be a true driver quality car that you could show in your local "sun & shine" car show and enjoy driving it every weekend. It is a looker and almost everyone that sees it gives me the thumbs up! Runs like a top and starts right up. The longer you keep this car, the more the value it will rise and way better than the 1% you'd get in a CD account. All the above work was done by my friend who is a 45-year Mopar certified Master mechanic and it does not get any better than that!

I am the third owner of this fine classic muscle car and this is the last of the big block E-body cars for the 70's. The car originated from Virginia and I bought it from the 2nd. owner. Sometime in the past, either the 1st. or 2nd. owner, added the rear deck lid spoiler.

Good luck with the bidding and hope you will enjoy driving this beautiful car as much as I have over the years. I'll miss her!!!
