1973 Plymouth Barracuda Cuda Description:
PLEASE READ THE WHOLE AD!!!!!!This car is original and needs complete restoration. If you can't weld, do body work, paint, etc... You may want to think twice about looking at this car. How many original un-restored running and driving 340 4spd Cuda's are left out there inANYcondition?? Every number matches except the transmission which is out of a 1973 Cuda, what I mean by numbers matching so there is no confusion is that the car is an original H code 340 Cuda and the VIN number matches the numbers on the engine, the radiator support, the cowl, the fender tag and the build sheet. This is a CUDA BS23, not a Barracuda BH23I drive this beater several times a week so it is obviously registered and insured. I encourage you to come inspect it in person and here it run. Rallye Gauge car, some of them work, some of them don't, and some of them will work intermittenly. The clock will keep time for a while, and then lose time. The torsion bar crossmember could be repaired at one end in my opinion and doesn't need to be replaced, frame rails all look good but the sheet metal isSHOT. Driver floor is shot, the trunk floor is shot, as well as the quarter panels, wheel housings, front aprons, etc. Rear floors look good, passenger floor looks good, the hood is good, rockers look good. Original crush can and steering wheel are included. This car has headers, otherwise everything else appears stock; intake, carburetor, etc. and although it isVERY RUSTYit is mostly original paint (Petty Blue) with white stripes. I may or may not have a set of exhaust manifolds for it, if I find that I do, I will include them. Magnum wheel car I have two more besides the two that are on the front of the car.
Pistol grip 4 speed with console, Rallye dash, 3.55 sure grip rear. You can drive it while you collect parts for the restoration. So even though this car needs a complete restoration, you are not putting money into that doesn't have a fender tag or isn't an original 340 car, or doesn't have a build sheet or you don't know if you have a numbers matching engine that is rebuildable.
I have the clean title in my name for this car. The buyer is responsible for shipping although I can haul, within a reasonable distance, for a reasonable fee if paid in full beforehand or of course I can help your hauler with whatever they need help with.
