Here's a nice 1958 Plymouth Savoy 4 door sedan project that has a lot of original red/white paint, nice patina. has been off the road for decades, there is a 1979 Nebraska tag on the windshield. Car is being offered in this auction as a total project car. The exterior body panels are mainly nice shape with original paint except the replacement passenger fender (off a belvedere) and the missing driver side lower valence. take a look at the pics. passenger fender is all there but needs body work, straightening. Quarters are decent and all savoy side trim is there except the lower driver rear door piece and the upper passenger rear door molding. factory tinted windows are really nice except windshield that has a BB type mark on it. windows go up and down. doors all open however the rear driver sticks occasionally, all need lube. trunk floor is not rusted thru, has a soft spot but is solid. no rust on the inner fenders. looks like worst sheetmetal damage is on the rockers both sides and the interior floors. rockers have dents and rust. floors mainly rusted on the driver side, front and back will need at least patching, not entire floor. passenger side is OK. about a 4 by 6 inch hole where the accelerator pedal goes so its hanging. holes in the floor in front of back seat (see pics). interior is pretty complete except a radio that comes with car not installed. looks like the amp gauge needs replacement. headliner bows all present with courtesy light. missing ashtray and lighter. no keys. prior owner switched some front end parts so its missing both the front eyebrow trim pieces and the actual aluminum headlight covers as well as the V emblem and the top of fender arrows. looks like the original motor/ trans but we didn't verify any numbers. 318 motor looks complete, has all thru exhaust. crank wouldn't turn and we didn't pursue the reason, oil doesn't have water in it. radiator is missing. wheels turn freely. there might be other parts missing we are not aware of, please go by the pics. car is sold with a bill of sale only, no title. actual mileage unknown. no warranties expressed or implied.
