1973 Plymouth Roadrunner California Car 2nd ownerI'm the second owner. Engine completely rebuilt with lots of high performance parts and less than 500 miles driven since rebuild. Garage kept. Beautiful condition and fast. Original 400 big block, Indy racing heads, MSD ignition, Dual exhaust, ceramic headers, 4 speed manual transnmission with original Hurst pistol grip shifter. Looks and sounds good. I have owned this car for approximately 11 years. Car was purchased new at Royal Chrysler Plymouth in San Bernadino California on 4-3-73 I have the original sales receipt. First owner was in the military and car has been in California, Texas and Virginia . I bought this from the original owner when he retired from the Army. He didn't want to move it back to Texas from Virginia. A good freind of mine works at an automobile machine shop and he rebuilt the engine with lots of high performance parts. Ihave all of the receipts. Car is fast and looks good. Its not a show car or perfect condition but not bad considering its age. No body rust, paint and decals are original looks good but could use a new paint job. Front bumper and rear bumper have some rust and could use new bumpers or rechroming original. The headlamp bezels could also use rechroming / replacement. Car is all there 100% and mosty original except for the motor. I have the old parts, valve covers, air cleaner, distributor, etc. for those who might prefer the all original look. Your not going to find another 73 in this condition for this price.
