This is a stock 1940 Packard 110 series model 1800. Six cylinder flat head, Standard, H shift (Three on the tree). It has been painted to appear as a US Army (State-Side) Staff car of the period. Engine runs good and starts easily. Bumpers re-chromed. Electric Fan added to radiator for stop and go Parade participation. Turn signals added to existing lights. Interior in fair shape, looks good.
