1939 Packard 200 Description:

1939 Packard-not sure of the exact model-complete-I have all fenders and bumpers.When I purchased it I was told that it was running when parked in 2001.Great project.Not exactly sure of the Model.Will add photos of the motor later.Questions welcomed.
