1978 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Silverado Description:

This is an all original 1978 Chevy Silverado C-20 350CI TH 400 trans with a 3:73 14 bolt full float rear differential. This truck has every option possible, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, cruise control, tilt steering, power windows, power door locks, AM FM Cassette, rear sliding window, heavy duty brakes, heavy front and rear springs, Hilsbourough 5 wheel plate, four flat trailer harness, dual tanks, and a restored camper top with a rear slider also. Since owning it I put about 3000 miles on it while working on it and tuning. The farmer had restored the drivers side and repainted it, and was working the passenger side that still has rust. When I brought it home I did a full tune-up and trans filter and fluid changed, and a new OEM carburetor was installed. All coolant hoses are new and coolant system flushed. The front brakes are completely new, including the rubber lines. All the glass is good and functions well. It runs and drives great. The last two things I wanted to do was, finish the rear brakes as I did the fronts, and it needs new valve guides put in, it puffs on start-up and little smokey when passing. The AC was making clutch noise and belt was cut, the system is fully factory intact,and cruise needs a new upper inner cable drive. I did the lower ball joints on the front end and had an alignment done, drives straight and sweet. All Lights, dash gauges, instrument panel light work.
