Unfortunately I have to sell my 1970 C-10 or "Custom/10". This truck has rich history and has spent its entire life in California. From the time it was originally built at the Freemont, California factory until now, it has never left the state. In fact, included in the sale will be the ORIGINAL build sheet for her. It has not seen rough farm life, snow or salt like too many of these trucks see. I doubt there is any other truck on the market in better shape. This truck has just undergone a "no expense spared" restoration. Everything on, in or around this truck has either been replaced, repainted or restored!
There are simply too many new parts to list, but I will try. Firstly, the paint is new and was done by a professional. It is stunning, it shines like no other and is worthy of any car show. There is a new grill, new trim, new bumpers, new door handles, new emblems, new side markers and a new windshield. To add to the build quality I had the bed sprayed with new tough bedliner. Although I never used this truck as a "truck" the bedliner means you certainly could. The interior smells and feels new, because it is. It has a new seat, new carpet, new dash pad, new door panels, new door seals, new window felt and rubber new rubber. The seat is comfortable and is a joy to drive. The engine might be the best part, it is completely done. It has way too many new parts, but the new intake and new carburetorare dialed. This with the electronic ignition helps make it start everytime, and has never let me down. It has a complete new exhuast with headers back to a new side exit exhaust system that sounds throaty, but clean. She has a 12 bolt rear end that is very strong. It has a new battery and I am sure I am forgetting lots more!!
Overall, this is a truck that has so much time, money and love invested into it and I am sad to see it go. You will be blown away when you see this truck in person and I encourage anyone to come see it as all inspections are due prior to auction end. There is no warranty expressed or implied and mileage is exempt due to age. Clean title in hand and ready for the new owner.
