1968 Oldsmobile 442 2dr Hardtop Description:

1968 Oldsmobile 442 2dr Hardtop finished in white paint with black vinyl interior. This is a REAL DEAL 442 with a NUMBERS MATCHING 400 Rocket V8 under the hood. All 442's in 1968 would have started with the vin derivative "34487" and this one does. The 400 Rocket V8 is paired with a TH400 automatic transmission. This also comes well equipped with power steering and power brakes. This car has W-30 options under the hood, but is not being represented as being a W-30. Red front fenders and dual snorkel air intake are both installed.This car was originally a "C-2" paint code car which would have been Provincial White and black vinyl top which is how we see it today. Vinyl top in nice shape. "940" interior code is black vinyl interior as well. The paint on this car is in nice shape with a good luster to it and shows well. Chrome and brightwork on this car looks great also. Power antenna installed, that does work, as well as an aftermarket stereo system. Heater fan and wipers both work. Door cards, carpeting, headliner, dash, and seats all in nice shape! Aftermarket tachometer and gauge cluster installed under the dash. Great running and driving TRUE 442!
