1983 Hurst Olds

1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Description:

I am offering for sale this 1983 15th Anniversary Hurst Olds Cutlass. Let me start off by saying that I do have a clear Ohio title in my possession. This car would be a major project, or it would be a good parts car. This is an actual Hurst Olds. According to the Hurst Olds owner's club, this is #243 out of 3,001 that were manufactured. The build date was 12/10/1982. It was the 37th high-output built that day. The car was shipped from factory to Cars and Concepts for the Hurst conversion. It was then sold to a gentleman in Altoona, PA. I believe this vehicle has the original 307 high-output motor. It also retains the original lightning rod shift transmission. The AC components are off of the motor and are lying in the trunk. The driver's side window is broken, but a replacement is also in the trunk. I do have keys to this vehicle. The linkage is unhooked, so that the car remains in neutral for easy loading. The frame is rusted out behind both rear wheels. I have not attempted to start the motor, but I was told by the gentleman that I purchased it from that it did run when it was parked. The title is stamped "non-actual: odometer discrepancy" on the mileage. This vehicle is being sold "as is."
I will not ship. If shipping is required, it will be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder to make arrangements for transport. I will assist with loading on site. Two forms of payment will be accepted: cash at pickup or a certified bank check. This vehicle will not be released until funds have cleared my bank.
