1962 NASH Metropolitan - Old Business Display Car from Southern Virginia

1962 Nash Metropolitan / NO RESERVE Description:

Here is a NO RESERVE, 1962 NASH Metropolitan with 77,738 original miles. This car was parked outside a small business here Southern Virginia for many years. The mileage is the actual mileage for the car and since 2014, when it was last titled - the mileage has not changed since 2014.
The engine turns by hand and basically the car has just been sitting collecting smiles for the last 5 years.
The car was painted many years ago and has a clear coat on it giving it a nice shine. You can see in the engine bay and trunk that the original color was aqua blue. There are several spare parts in the trunk and the drivers door needs a slight lift to close correctly. No major rust anywhere and the floors are fine. It has a 3 speed shifter on the column. Clear title. The interior needs a refresh as it is old - there is a tear in the main bench and the door panels need to be re-glued.
Several people have asked if it runs... The car was last driven in 2014 at which time, it ran great. The car has been sitting as a display since 2014 - it will need a battery, new gas, brake fluid, probably an oil change, maybe the carb needs to be cleaned - all normal maintenance items to get it running again.
