1990 Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero 4D56T Diesel

1980 Mitsubishi Montero Description:

This short wheel base 1990 Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero has 4D56 Turbo diesel engine. Imported from Kyushu, Japan. Right-hand drive. 5-speed manual transmission. Very clean exterior and interior.
Issues: Small slow leaks, size about a cookie after driving near rear main seal. Not sure if it is rear main leak or something else.
Engine has a little squeak sound sometimes noticeable at ~1,000 rpm. Idle is stable at 650 rpm and no noise. Higher rpm has no squeaking noise. Probably from area near power steering.
Everything else works as designed. Shifts into four wheel drive and disengages fine.
Selling as mechanic special. Clean current Wisconsin title. Vehicle in California. All paperwork at hand, including title, CBP forms, EPA forms. Check your local DMV for rules regarding registering grey-market imported vehicle before bidding.
