1965 MG MGB Description:

Listed for sale is my neighbor's 1965 MGB. He has owned the car for three years. In that time, the car has driven zero highway miles and it hasn't seen rain. When he purchased the vehicle he had extensive work done by an MG specialist in Cleveland, TN. Work performed is as follows...
Interior: dash replacement and wiring repair, installation of Alpine head unit and Infinity drivers, removal and replacement of carpet, installation of new leather seat covers, installation of new Moto-Lita steering wheel, replacement of shift knob and boot, door panel replacement, and installation of trunk finishing kit.
Exterior: vinyl top replacement and upgrade to canvas and windshield replacement along with its weatherstripping.
Electrical: converted to negative ground, battery relocated to original location (someone had previously moved it to the trunk), installation of new starter, and installation of electronic ignition.
Engine: installation of new timing chain and gears
Suspension, Steering, Brakes: new front springs, new front wheel bearings, new front control arm bushings, new front pads and rotors, new rear shoes
The car runs and drives well and the engine has been well maintained. High flow cleanable air filters were installed by the previous owner in place of the stock filters and covers. The only issue to the owner's knowledge is that he has to top up the slave cylinder reservoir every once in a while indicating a slight leak. All in all, this is probably the best looking non-fully restored MGB that I have seen and I have worked on plenty. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
