1964 MGB with Pull Handle 2 Tops Very Good Mechanics
1964 MGB that can be driven as it is or with some cosmetic restoration made into a collectable classic. The car is in white with a red interior. It is a very early MGB (1963) with the pull handle doors. It is well preserved and most of the body is in good condition. Paint is showing age. Interior is decent and can be used as it is. Mechanics are in very good condition. Engine was completely disassembled, cleaned, machined, and rebuilt in 2015 (~5K miles ago). A new clutch was installed along with all new cupro-nickel brake lines and all new cupro-nickel fuel lines. Brakes were redone in 2016 and a new generator installed in 2018. Trunk is very clean and solid. Underside is good - frame is very straight and clean. Floors are mostly good - there is some rust on the passenger side inner rocker panels. Car comes with 2 tops and both the tops are in usable condition. Car also comes with a boot cover, spare wheel, jack, detailed notes on all work done since 2015 and a British Heritage Certificate. Car has a clear title from Pennsylvania. We ship all over the USA and worldwide. For overseas shipments the car ships from the port of NJ. Shipping for a car of this size in a shared container to major European ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bremerhaven or Felixstowe is approx. $1200 plus a cost of $275 to transport to a shipping company's warehouse. Other European ports will be slightly higher.Please note - given the age and uniqueness of this car all sales are final. You are welcome to come and inspect the car - the car is located in College Point NY 11356 - which is about 20 minutes east of New York City. However since this car is very old we possibly cannot check each and every item on the car. As such the car is strictly sold on as-is basis and all sales are final.
