You will need to go through your Departmrnt of Motor Vehicles inspection process to obtain a title. The car was finished, the gelcoat needs buffing. As you can see from the pictures it needs some cleanup. All lights work, engine starter clicks, but will not turn over. The cylinders are not rusted, neither is the gas tank. This is a very good find and if you know anything about air cooled VW's the are as easy to work on as a lawn tractor motor. Brakes, clutch, all work. It is what it is nothing more or less.
