1980 MG Roadster “Electric”

1980 MG MGB Description:

MG Roadster converted it to all electric. Vehicle still has the original five speed transmission. However the car to be driven in third gear only if desired. LED headlights and tail lights. an AC-50 Electric motor, this Roadster has a 0-60 time of about 7 seconds. Battery source is a 120 Volt traction pack powered by 5 Tesla modules with an Orion BMS system. Comes with a clipper creek charger for the house (120V, 15a, 60hz), that with home charging takes about 5 hours to get an approximate 85 mile range, which makes this a perfect Sunday driver. Vehicle does have Public charging capabilities. Stereo is Bluetooth retro style. Tan leather interior with original 14” aluminum wheels. This is a very nice restoration-modified and fun car to drive. With the top down and no sound coming from a motor, you hear, see and smell all the the elements around you.
