1963 MGB
1963 MG MGB Description:
title status:clean
transmission:manual
type:convertible
1963 MGB, the MK I is the most desirable of the MGB series as they were the last ones to be built by hand before MG was absorbed into British Leyland.
The Good:
1. This is a southern car, no body issues, I bought it in Nashville 3 years ago and drove it all the way back to Detroit.
2. All new splines and wire wheels from Moss Motors 2 years ago, also bought new tires with the wheels
3. Interior is in great shape
4. All gauges, including oil pressure work
The Bad:
1. Red paint is faded (but passes the 20 foot test)
2. There is a dent on the left front fender that needs to be pounded out, this is an easy DIY job if you have a dent puller (no structural damage)
I'm selling as I have too many projects to work on right now, this is a great car that you can drive as is or invest in new paint plus a few other odds and ends and have a really nice show car.
