1960 MG MGA Fixed hard top Coupe Description:

1960 MGA coupe (fixed hard top) with rare original/correct factory wire wheels and very good tires.A numbers matching car. Car is virtually rust free other than surface/'humidity' rust on few components.Properly installed new floors (wood as original)

The car is powered by the original numbers matching engine (1600 with 4 speed gear box).Starts/runs great.Could be driven anywhere/anytime, although it has been stored for the last year in hanger where I have my aircraft

The car is in gray primer/couple coats of clear-coat.Some paint is 'flaking' off in a couple areas (exposing another layer of older primer; no bare metal)

A carpet kit from Moss Motors (still in box) as well as two 'new' interior door panels included; also headliner framework and misc. body trim items included.Engine has the 'typical' Weber carb upgrade from years gone by.The original manifold/carbs included in sale.All lights/signals work fine and reliable.Windows work great.

The car is very, very, solid and is a 'driver' (it is a superb restoration candidate however).

Vehicle is currently registered and tagged. A question regarding the condition of the windscreen and rear window was asked... both are excellent; no chips; gaskets are in superior condition. Side windows in great condition. New rear bumper is mounted on the car and more photo's will follow to document that. Original front bumper comes with sale of the car. It was not on the car when I purchased the it some years ago and I like it without it.
