1961 MG MGA Description:
Engine number 16GA-U-H-30037, left hand drive, 1588cc engine with twin SU carburetors, big valve head producing 78hp., high ratio 4:1 rear axle, weight 2070 lbs.
New grille, new clutch slave cylinder, new brake master cylinder, new alloy valve cover and gasket, has badge bar, new floor mats, new spare tire cover. Valves just re-adjusted, 2 broken rear wheel studs replaced with new ones, new radial tires - size 155SR15 just installed & balanced, 4 speed transmission, removable side curtains, black interior, front disc brakes, tonneau cover, mileage shown is 27,178 which I suspect is not correct.Also included is a spare used grille in good condition, new red piping trim for on top of the doors, new black vinyl material to recover on top of the doors, used car cover.
Car needs a new convertible top (available new from Moss Motors, part
242-950, crush grain vinyl in black @ $356.99)
Car is roadworthy, runs fine and safely drivable but not currently licensed and can be inspected by appointment near Wolcott, New York.
