1979 mgb
Rust free project car without reserve. Engine starts and runs.
I purchased it and have done the following1. New gas tank and fuel sender2. Rebuilt Weber 2 bbl carb3. New NGK plugs and wires4. New air cleaner5. Re-wire dash and under hood. To many electrical short cuts made that prevented the previous owner from starting it. Note. I still have not wired the front and rear lights.6. New oil change and fix leak around aftermarket oil filter. No drips now.7. New trans and rear end fluids8. New tie rod ends9. New Rack and pinion boots10. New master cylinder.
Now the car already has an aftermarket electronic distributor, accel ignition coil, full length header. Plus after market intake and Weber carb. I just got it running.
Body has been repainted. Plus you can tell that there was a carb backfire in the past as you can see the paint removed from the hood. Windshield has cracks and so does the dash. Overall it is not a bad project. No top Or frame is included.
