1971 MG MGB Description:

Hi everyone, thank you for looking at our MGB auction. Hate to sell this gem but it just doesnt get driven and unfortunately at this time i only have a one car garage. So it needs to goto a good home. Its a wonderful car with a TON of work done as its been in my possessionand previously in another owners possesion. I do have most of the receiptsat least 80% of them. The car drives very good and is comfortable to drive, gets tons of looks and wins shows. It does need a few small things to make it perfect but as it sits you can zip around town and goto local shows and be happy. It doesnt need anything but i think the front shocks could be replaced, shifts great but when down shifting you have to rev match 2nd gear (very typical in these early B's) and a few small spots on the body to be repainted if you choose. I have driven it the past couple weeks quite a bit it goes good! Real good! Unfortunately after it had got out of restoration and all the work done on it i wanted we just haven't really driven it. It was a combination of i love my other british car more wich is an austin healey sprite and we had a new baby. So having two, two seaters havent made sense for us. So again this car needs to find a better home where it is enjoyed more. Thousands of dollars $$ spent making this car reliable and looking good, i hope you can appreciate with reciepts that this is a car that has been through a pampered environmentand there wont be much but maintenanceyou need to worry about.

Body-All new white pearl paint job (car was blue) Paint job is OK there is a few bubbles passenger side, and missing some clear coat under back side of the top. You would have to have the whole top taken off to really see it. Over all its a pretty good paint job, couple of hundred would make it perfect. Wins local car shows all the time.New Grill (cut to fit)New Mirrors, and misc hardware.New top with a small dime sized hole drivers side. Drives like new just needs some small things to make it perfect, needs a good home.
