1980 MG MGB Limited Edition Description:

Listed for sale is a MGB from 1980. This happens to be the Limited Edition model with the front spoiler/ valance and special wheels only for this model. The car is very clean and has a lot of originality to it. The carpet was replaced with a new molded kit but not before the entire cockpit area was treated with Hushmat to help with heat and sound. The convertible top was recently installed before I bought the car. Since I have been driving the car around I have gone through all the systems for safety and reliability at my shop, Elite Vehicle Restorations. This is a British car that you can hop in and have no worries about getting around. The starter was replaced with a new high torque unit and the electric fans, which worked, were still replaced with a larger more efficient Hayden fan to help with the Southern heat. There are Spax Gas Shocks in the rear along with 1" lowering kit that helps get rid of the high rear end stance these cars are prone to.It is a very solid car with no rust and 1 repaint on it. The paint while it has many hours of polishing does have a few flaws in the form of scratches or chips.
