1975 MGB GT with Overdrive

1975 MG MGB GT Description:

Anear perfect 1975 MGB GT for sale. Straight body, no accidents, no rust. A former dryLouisiana car with a complete nut and bolt restoration. No disappointments here- drive any where and enjoy. Multiple British Car Show MGB GT class winner.

Body Details:

Straight, no accident, no rust body. Was built in December 1974 - had rubber bumpers- professionally converted to chrome bumpers. The car was stripped to bare metal and resprayed using Blue Royal (factory MG color) with a NEW Autumn leaf interior. Extra sound padding, new carpets, seals, door and window gaskets, etc. All exterior chrome, trim and lenses are NOS or new. New SU pointless electronic fuel pump, new fuel hoses and lines. Hella halogen headlights, upgraded wiring harness with headlight relays.

Installed in July:New Moss touring fuel tank and sender. New radiator and coolant hoses.

Engine Details:

Fully rebuilt and balanced using .040 over AE pistons, APT VP11 cam, fully ported and polished head and port matched intake manifold from Sean Brown at Flowspeed, venier cam, all new gaskets and seals, APT fasteners, water pump, rockers and rocker shaft, bearings, etc. Dual SU HIF 4s rebuilt by Joe Curto, Stainless steel headers and stainless steel sport exhaust. Alloy valve cover. Rebuilt and recurved distributor by Jeffs distributors. Runs great and really goes!

Driveline details:

Fully rebuilt Overdrive 4 speed new seals, syncros and bearings, fully rebuilt overdrive by Quantum Mechanics, new u joints in drive shaft, rebuilt rear axle with new shims ( no axle clunk), new bearings and seals. Complete new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing. New clutch slave cylinder and hose, new clutch master cylinder.

Suspension Details:

Fully rebuilt front including, rebuilt king pins, poly bushings, new shocks,new tie rods and one inch lowering springs. Rebuilt steering rack. Rebuilt rear using poly bushings, new one inch lowering springs and Spax tube shocks. Brown and Gammons castor reduction kit ( makes steering lighter). New VTO 15 x 6 inch alloys, Yokohama tires.

Brake Details:

All new brake lines, new brake master cylinder, new brake booster, fully rebuilt calipers, new pads, new rotors, new rear shoes, new wheel cylinders, adjusters, spring, etc. Goodrich Stainless steel brake hoses.

Interior Details:

New Sports Leather steering wheel, New billet Aluminum door pulls and window winders, am/fm/cd/usb head unit with 4 speakers, all gauges rebuilt by Nisonger with new chrome bezels, new switches, rear defroster works as designed, new Autumn Leaf carpets, fully rebuilt seats with new Autumn leaf covers, new foams, new seals, new Autumn Leaf door panels, new Autumn leaf door rails, new center console, perfect head liner and trim, all gauges and switches work as original. Perfect electrical system- everything works!

The rear seat and mounting hardware are included with the car.

This MG is always kept in heated,dry inside storage.
